[the month's gone on as usual, ever since their last conversations. chuuya's cautiously tried to piece together what he's been told and come up with-- well, not much. he's mostly just tried to avoid thinking about it until he ends up remembering something on his own.
right now, he's busy writing, settled in on the couch with baren while baren does... whatever he's doing. the page is largely full of disjointed scribbles, a line or two he needs to expand on written alongside a short to-do list, idly drawn shapes taking up a good quarter of it.
he's clearly been thinking about something while he doodles those vague shapes, pen tapping against the paper every so often, but finally he manages to get it out. chuuya glances up to baren and asks, completely out of the blue--]
