Yes, as far as I know. I was speaking directly to her.
Settsu is a city in Osaka. Alternatively, it was an old province with Osaka at its center.
Provincial Settsu's only distinguishing trait seems to be its role as a distribution center for matchlock firearms. Perhaps I was in search of a gun.
